You retain ownership of content you post on Territory. By publishing content, you grant Territory a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
You agree not to publish content that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions grant access to premium content. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies are governed by the payment processor's terms.
6. Creator Payouts
Creators earn revenue from subscriptions to their channels and from the Territory Pass distribution program. Payout terms and minimum thresholds are described in the creator dashboard.
7. Moderation
Territory reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the community.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Territory does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Territory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
